The Rival Boxing Flyer can be used as a great addition to your boxing training. As used by the Olympic and World Champion Vasilliy Lomachenko it is ideal for honing your co-ordination, footwork and general boxing skills. A cross between a hacky sack and a badminton birdie which will enhance your aerobic conditioning workouts and add some fun!
Keep the Boxing Flyer in the air by punching upwards with a closed fist. Moving under and around it to keep in line and improve footwork.
